1. Asset Tracking Services
ToolGuardPro provides industrial asset labels and cloud-based tracking software. By purchasing a kit, you agree to provide accurate inventory data and maintain your account security credentials.
2. Subscription & Billing
The $19/mo subscription covers hosting for your asset database. Failure to maintain payment may result in temporary suspension of database access. You may cancel at any time, but setup fees are non-refundable once the physical kit has shipped.
3. "Ghost-Tag" Limitation
While our secondary identification systems assist law enforcement in recovery, ToolGuardPro does not guarantee the return of stolen property. We are a tracking and accountability tool, not an insurance provider.
4. Data Privacy
Your inventory data is encrypted and private. We do not sell your equipment lists or location data to third-party advertisers. Data is used strictly for your internal fleet management.
